Growth and What’s Next

These are exciting times here at Mid Carolina Credit Union. As many of you know, we opened our newest branch in the Sandhills area last year. It has been great to see how well that location is serving our members and helping us grow.

We’re in the early stages of planning a brand-new facility next to our current Elgin office, and we’re hopeful that construction will begin in early 2026. This is something that’s been needed for a while, and I’m excited to work alongside our team to design a space that will allow us to serve you even better.

Our Purpose Is You

Everything we do at MCCU is for our members. We are always working to improve the way we serve you, whether that means offering new products or simply providing friendly, dependable service.

As part of our ongoing effort to better serve our members, I also want to highlight a free resource you might find helpful. As a member, Mid Carolina provides you with the benefit of free credit monitoring through SavvyMoney.

Learn more about SavvyMoney under the Services tab on our website. It allows you to view your credit score, track your credit history, monitor activity, and get personalized tips for managing your credit. It’s simple to use and completely free. I use it myself, and I think it’s a great resource for staying informed and confident in your financial journey. Simply log in to mobile or online banking to use this free service and enroll.
