As we reach the midpoint of 2026, it is a good time to reflect on the progress we have made together and the priorities that continue to guide Mid Carolina Credit Union forward: People. Purpose. Performance.

These three words represent more than a theme. They reflect the way we serve our members, support our employees, invest in our communities, and prepare for the future of your credit union.

Our People Make the Difference

Our employees are the heart of Mid Carolina Credit Union. Every day, they work to provide the personal service, familiar faces, and dependable experience our members have come to expect.

I am grateful for the commitment of our team and for the trust our members continue to place in us. Whether you visit a branch, call our team, or use our digital banking services, our goal is to make sure you feel supported and valued.

Our Purpose Remains Strong

Our purpose is just as important today as it has always been. We are here to improve the financial well-being of our members and strengthen the communities we call home.

That purpose shows up in many ways, from helping members work toward homeownership to supporting United Way and other local initiatives. As a credit union with deep local roots, we are proud to serve our members while also giving back to the communities that have supported us for so many years.

Our Performance Helps Us Move Forward

Our commitment to people and purpose is reflected in our performance. Mid Carolina Credit Union has continued to grow loans and deposits while maintaining a strong financial position.

That growth allows us to keep investing in the future of the credit union. We are making progress on our new Elgin branch, investing in our team, and strengthening the tools and services that help us serve members safely and efficiently.

This year, we have also continued to focus on security and convenience. That includes enhanced fraud prevention measures for digital banking, information security improvements, new ATMs in Camden and Lugoff, and contactless credit cards.

Looking Ahead

As we look toward the rest of 2026, our focus remains the same: serving our members, supporting our employees, strengthening our communities, and preparing Mid Carolina Credit Union for the future.
