New Online Banking Security Feature Coming Soon
At Mid Carolina Credit Union, protecting your information is a top priority. We are introducing a new security feature for Online Banking that adds an extra layer of protection to your account.
This update helps ensure that only you can access your account by adding an additional step during login.
How It Works
When you log in to Online Banking, you will receive a 6-digit security code on your phone by text message or voice call.
You will enter this code to complete the login process.
This new feature replaces traditional security questions and will also be available when using Mobile Banking.
What You Need to Do
To make sure you can continue to access Online Banking without interruption, please confirm that your phone number is up to date.
You can update your contact information by:
Logging into Online Banking and updating your profile
Contacting the credit union directly
Important Reminder
If we do not have your current phone number on file, you may not be able to access Online Banking once this feature is in place.
